What Happens at Days of Thunder?

Legendary Snowboy Productions, together with Swedish snowboard pro PJ Gustafsson, presents a unique event at Dundret this year. Days of Thunder is not a competition but an event built on community, creativity, and having fun, where some of the world's best riders showcase top-level snowboarding!

Dundret is proud to be the first and only ski resort in Europe to collaborate with Snowboy’s world tour.

Monster Energy will be on-site throughout the week, along with Method Magazine, handing out free drinks and snowboard magazines.
Official Snowboy and Days of Thunder merch will be available for purchase.
Afterski party on Saturday with live bands, DJs, and a Monster Bar!

Don't miss when American Snowboy Productions come to Sweden and Gällivare for their only event in Europe, together with the snowboarding professional PJ Gustafsson, Gällivare's legendary snowboarding icon Johan Olofsson, and invited professional snowboarders from all over the world!

A specially built snowboard park is ready with brand new, entirely unique features. There will be photo and film sessions with snowboarders of absolute world-class caliber from both the present and the past, along with afterski, live music, DJs, and a genuine festival atmosphere for all ages!

Snowboard media from around the globe will be on-site to document a weekend that will go down in history. This is an event you definitely do not want to miss!

Parking & Transportation

Car & Bus

If you're arriving by car, free parking is always available when staying with us. During Easter, limited parking will also be available at Hellnerstadion, subject to availability.
Dundret is just a 7-minute drive from Gällivare city center and about three hours by car from Luleå.
If you're arriving by train to Gällivare, you can take local public transport directly to Dundret.
Bus line 1 from Gällivare Travel Center to Dundret takes about 20 minutes, and from the bus stop, it's only a 100-meter walk to the reception and your accommodation.
